This Privacy Policy explains how Sentence Sparks collects and uses personal information when you visit our website or buy from us.
Who we are
Sentence Sparks is a brand of Hydra Constellation SRL, Via Riace 76, 00118 Roma, Italy. Hydra Constellation SRL is the data controller for the personal information described here. You can contact us at productadvice.info@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Contact and order details: your email address, the products you bought, the amount paid, the date and an order reference.
- Payment details: payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe collects your card or wallet details directly. We do not receive or store your full card number.
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page and actions such as viewing a page, starting checkout or completing a purchase. We collect this through the Meta Pixel in your browser and through the Meta Conversions API from our server. When we send purchase events to Meta from our server, we include your email address in hashed (scrambled) form.
- Cookies and similar technologies: cookies needed for the site and checkout to work, and, where allowed or where you consent, advertising and measurement cookies such as those set by the Meta Pixel.
- Messages: if you email us, we keep your message and our reply.
We do not knowingly collect any information about the teen who uses the toolkit. We ask only for the buyer's details.
How we use it and our legal bases
Because our company is based in the European Union, we follow the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
- To process your order, deliver your files and send download links: performance of a contract.
- To answer your questions and handle refunds: performance of a contract and our legitimate interest in helping customers.
- To keep records for tax and accounting: legal obligation.
- To keep the site and checkout secure and prevent fraud: legitimate interest.
- To measure our advertising and show ads through Meta: your consent where the law requires it (for example in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland), and otherwise our legitimate interest, which you can opt out of at any time as explained below.
- To send marketing emails through Klaviyo: only with your consent. You can unsubscribe from any marketing email at any time.
Cookie consent
Visitors from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland see a consent banner. Advertising and measurement cookies stay off until you accept them. You can change your choice at any time through the Your Privacy Choices link at the bottom of every page.
Who we share it with (processors)
- Stripe (payment processing)
- Resend (transactional email, such as your download links)
- Klaviyo (marketing email, only with your consent)
- Meta Platforms (advertising measurement through the Meta Pixel and Conversions API)
- Lovable and Supabase (website hosting and database)
These providers process data on our behalf under contracts. We do not sell your personal information for money.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting laws require, generally up to 10 years under Italian law. We keep support emails for up to 3 years after our last contact. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe. Advertising data is kept according to Meta's own retention periods.
International transfers
Some of our providers are based in the United States or process data there. Where personal data from the EEA, the UK or Switzerland is transferred outside those areas, we rely on safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the provider participates.
Your rights under the GDPR
If the GDPR applies to you, you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to withdraw consent at any time. You can also complain to a data protection authority. In Italy, this is the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
Your rights as a US resident
Depending on your state (for example California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and others with consumer privacy laws), you may have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to access it, to delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of the sharing of your personal information for targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information for money. We do not use personal information to make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
To opt out of sharing for advertising, use the Your Privacy Choices link at the bottom of every page, turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser, or email us with the subject line "Do not share my information."
To make any other request, email productadvice.info@gmail.com. We will verify your request using the email address on your order. You may use an authorized agent where your state law allows. We will not treat you differently for using your rights.
Children's privacy
Our website and products are for adults. The toolkit is used by teens, but it is bought and set up by parents, guardians and other adults. Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email us and we will delete it.
Security
We use providers with strong security practices, encrypted connections (HTTPS) and limited access to personal data.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
