These Terms apply to your use of the Sentence Sparks website and to any purchase from it. Sentence Sparks is a brand of Hydra Constellation SRL, Via Riace 76, 00118 Roma, Italy ("we", "us"). By buying, you agree to these Terms.
Products
We sell digital products: printable PDF files. The main product is The Sentence Sparks Writing Confidence Toolkit. Optional add-ons are School Writing Frames, School Support Planner for Parents and Speak-to-Write Starter Guide, sold one by one or together as the Complete Bundle. No physical item is shipped.
License
When you buy, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, view and print the files for your own personal and household use. You may print the write-on pages and tool pages as many times as you like for your own family. You may not share, resell, upload, publish or distribute the files, in whole or in part, or use them with students or clients outside your household without our written permission. All content remains the property of Hydra Constellation SRL.
Digital delivery
After payment, download buttons appear on the thank-you page and we email personal download links to the address you entered. The links stay active for 7 days. You can request fresh links at any time at /access on our site using the same email. Please make sure your email address is correct at checkout.
Prices and payments
Prices are in US dollars and shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details. You are responsible for any fees your bank charges, such as foreign transaction fees. Taxes are applied where required by law.
Refunds
We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase on The Sentence Sparks Writing Confidence Toolkit, the main product. Add-on products, including individual cross-sell items and the Complete Bundle, are non-refundable. To request a refund, email productadvice.info@gmail.com with your order email. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Educational content only
Our products are educational materials for writing practice. They are not medical, psychological, educational or legal advice. They are not a diagnosis, an evaluation, treatment for dyslexia or any other learning disability, tutoring, therapy, speech-language therapy, educational therapy or structured literacy instruction. They are not a substitute for school supports, an Individualized Education Program (IEP), a Section 504 plan or the advice of qualified professionals. We do not promise any result, including better grades or test scores. Information about IDEA and Section 504 is general and may not reflect the rules in your state or your situation. For questions about your teen's education, contact your school or your state's Parent Center. For concerns about your teen's health, mood or safety, contact a qualified professional. Third-party products
Our guides describe built-in features of devices and software made by other companies, based on their public help pages at the time of writing. These features can change. We are not affiliated with these companies, and mention of a product is not an endorsement.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The version in force when you buy applies to your purchase.
